Like the unit and it performs well. Have periodic loud rattle which appears to come from connection between unit and exhaust vent. As soon as I disconnect the vent rattle stops. Will try different options to eliminate rattling.

Only issue was the window insert for the vent hose was an inch too wide to fit in the window

This portable AC cools my room down but have to set it at lowest temperature setting to see noticeable differences.

I like the product very much! I have more than 700 sq space it keeps it cool. What I like the most about it is the noise level it is quieter than the previous brand that I was using.
