Tired of the heat waves, just needed a real AC and it works out-of-the-box. Much bigger than anticipated! Super easy set-up, hardest part didn't have anything to do with the A/C, it was our swing-out window set-up where we needed to buy a whole window sealing kit. I wish there were options for different types of window because now we have useless planks that will sit in storage meant for slide windows. The tube can fall out of the attachment piece so double check it's securely inside. The remote also only works when it's pointed dead-on, so you have to turn the A/C towards you for it to work which is a bit of a let down but not a big deal. I wish there was a low energy mode since I know portable A/Cs can be energy hogs. Despite these complaints they're all very minor inconveniences. Big fan of the unit overall, it's been breezy and would buy from this company again if it lasts a long time.
