Up to now the experience has been pleasurable. The unit is good-looking, easy to move, and came well-packed with effective accessories. The instructions were understandable and adequate.

14K compressor fan

I just received my 14000 BTU portable A/C. The unit operates and does blow cold air, but the noise is terrible. Sounds like the compressor or fan is coming apart anytime now. I already lugged the thing up two flights of stairs and installed it and now we cant even talk over it because of the noise. I’m not sure what to do.
