So far, so good. Only have used the product for 2 days but it seems to be working nicely, keeping my house cool. The installation into the window went smoothly and instructions were straight forward.

Great things come in small packages. This ac was the same size as our other ac but the power that comes from it is amazing.

It works very well. It was easy to install, and the instructions are easy to read.
It cooled down the room in a short time.
I liked it very much.

Easy installation

Easy installation. Once you open the box, the bottom of the cardboard is not attached, so lift the cardboard, not the unit! Didn't turn it on yet, but it could not have been an easier set up.
