This is a beautiful air conditioner and the installation didn’t take long at all and it was easy for me to learn how to operate and use it as well. I highly recommend this brand and air conditioner as well.

Lots of Cold Air

The unit did not fit the window properly. While the size adjustment is excellent horizontally, certain window designs prevent a proper fit vertically on a double hung window. All they needed to do was add a couple extra inches to the width of the window slider to compensate.
