So far it was easy to unbox, it’s a little heavy but I expect that from a good quality AC unit. Easy to put to together and is working fine.

Doesn't work that well remote won't stay on when hit power have set at 68 degrees and will not cool only pushes Air out about two feet from unit water collecting on top panel

loud noise

After letting the AC stand in an upright position for 24 hours, when we went to power it on there was a very loud noise coming from the back. It sounded like a fan or something had broken in transport. Will be returning and hopefully getting a working one!

It's working great to keep my room cold. The only thing I wish is for the window pieces to be a little bit taller, as it doesn't sit flush because where the pipe connects to hits my windowsill.

I’ve had this for a week now and never got boxed until today. It was a piece of cake to set up and install. Works like a charm!!!! Very quiet and takes up hardly any room. I can’t wait to get my bigger one I had also ordered for my living room!!!
