Already not working

I purchased this portable unit a little over a month ago. It is not working correctly already. It’s not cooling my small room correctly. It leaks from the very bottom even though it’s has the hose hooked up properly. Last night I was woken up by loud squeaky and grinding noises coming from it.

Quiet and powerful

Started using this unit when the heat hit 93. Took less than an hour with installing the window panel and hooking everything up. Very quiet when running.

Good air conditioner

Easy to install and start using quickly. Definitely notice a difference in the humidity level when this is running and cools the house down great. Have only had it about a week but so far so good.
