Up to now the experience has been pleasurable. The unit is good-looking, easy to move, and came well-packed with effective accessories. The instructions were understandable and adequate.

I feel that the air filter should be a bit more substantial than the flimsy screen provided

This air conditioner has been a lifesaver during the summer. It cools quickly and keeps the room comfortable for hours. I use it every day and love how easy it is to control.
