Screen went gray. We unplugged, changed remote batteries, changed input cord, etc to no avail. Unable to use chat feature because it locks up and won’t scroll (tried on Chrome and Safari). Frustrating web site to navigate. TV purchased 11/30/24 and unable to resolve problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this so we could watch TV outside in the fall. Picture quality is very good, and thexset is very light, easy to move in and out of the house. Very good for a bargain priced TV.
