I had no idea what I was missing. I have lower back pain and after one session in the blanket, my back pain was reduced by at least 80%. I highly recommend you get one.

I already love this product. It’s a cheaper option than a full blown sauna and it folds up and stores right in your closet. I still get the benefits from it my body needs to recover.
