I love this blanket it does amazing things for my fibromyalgia. one con is the zipper on one of the arm holes got stuck and ripped

I've just received the Sauna Blanket and have only used it once so far, but I feel that it works as indicated and expected. I used it on temp level 4 for 60 minutes and definitely sweat a lot. It was hot but comfortable and I'm very glad I opted for the Arm holes as I do use them to read and to drink water during the treatment.

The temperature is not the same throughout the blanket

I stayed in it for 30 minutes. I sweated a little perhaps I need to drink more water, but it appears to get hotter on one side the left side I sweat more.

I bought this because my husband has inflammation and chronic pain. He had a good nights sleep after he used it. I’ve used it too for back issues, so I am happy with the purchase

I love this blanket. I’m glad that I followed the instructions and didn’t put it on super high at first . Now I’m using it on setting seven and staying for 30 minutes and I feel fabulous.
