I got this as a Christmas gift from my husband it took me months to get it out of the box I was so intimidated I am brand new to sewing, and now that I’ve gotten it out of the box. I’m very excited to learn. . I love the machine and I cannot wait to get started.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This sewing machine is nothing but issues please don't buy this headache.
no matter what tension I have this machine set to my bobbin thread shows on top of my fabric.

This was my first computerized sewing machine. After taking it out of the box, the machine sewed forward great. However, the reverse button did not work at all. I took it to an authorized Singer dealer and was advised to send it back to the company. I will be returning this machine.

I’ve had my machine fore about 2 months and I am CONSTANTLY having to adjust it or take it fix it. What should take 5 minutes to see is an all day frustrated battle

Why don’t you offer manuals for your sewing machin

I’ve had this about six months now still can’t find a manual on it anywhere all the program stitching all stitch the same come with no instruction manual no information where to get an instruction manual. It is supposed to be a computerized multiple type stitching, sewing machine and it won’t do nothing besides standard stitching Question. Does singer offer any manuals for their sewing machines? Their website does not have any information on manuals you put in the model and nothing comes up on it. Worst support even the reviews are blacked out so you can’t read what you just wrote. ever. I have a heavy duty 6700 cc sewing machine would like to have a manual. Can’t see if I wrote this right again. It’s blacked out.

Bought this machine a week ago , after getting it all set up, it was working pretty well. Now out of nowhere it seems to be faulting, the stitching is all loose. I have carefully threaded and re-threaded top and bottom bobbins, watched videos and nothing seems to be resolving, I’m at a loss on how to resolve this and it is putting my business on hault, very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
