after purchasing a heavy duty 6800C I decided for my home decor projects this extension table would make things easier and it does. It is easy to snap on and off, it helps support large pieces of decorator fabrics while I sew much and makes moving them along while sewing much easier

This extension table is the best one I have ever had.
The width of the sewing work area is extended to ten inches and the length is extended by eight inches. Creates a wonderful work area. The height is adjustable. The device stays where I put it and does not move. I truly love this.
All serious sewers should get one.

Just when I thought I couldn't love my singer more, the table extension becomes an option. Ordering was fast fun and easy, and delivery was even better. I received it a lot faster then anticipated. Attaching the extension is so easy and It makes my sewing experience that much better. Great product - it does take a slight bit of force to "seat" the table; push the clips into the appropriate slots. The adjustable legs are exactly what is required to precisely level the table with the machine and are simple to use - turn turn the foot once the table is installed (if the table needs to be adjusted). The only improvement I see would be to redesign the left side of the extension table to allow the tray to slide under it to reduce required sewing machine space. In my opinion the extension table is a "must have" accessory.
