I bought this and it's a great company and high quality sound bar, but the remote that was promised with it didn't come at all:(

Cannot connect

No instructions or trouble shooting in packaging just a 2 wire connection. Blue tooth will not connect to my rocky tv. Only my cell phone.

Received this soundbar as Christmas gift. Was difficult to set up and had to replace battery in remote, and purchase optical connector. Seems to be working OK, but time will tell. Hoped it would work with television remote, but maybe next one.
