Well designed surge protector, Well-spaced sockets for all the weird sized plug a lot electronic devices have that usually render some outlets useless because they covered them up due to their large size. Plus plenty of sockets for associated electronic devices.

Our home entertainment center equipment ran out of electric outlets. The Tripp 12-outlet unit is the best COMPACT answer I found on the internet, and at a reasonable price. I'm using this plus a bunch of 12-inch power extension cords to connect all the big-footprint power supplies to the Tripp. The power protection is fine, but capacity was my issue.
