False Expectations

I bought this as an upgrade from the Tune Beam model and the battery life isn't there. The buds will last maybe 2.5 hours before I get the low battery warning. Plus, these aren't as comfortable as the Tunes. They look nice with the silver finish but kind of disappointing that these cost more than the Tune but don't perform as well.

Bought them a while go, accidentally sent them through the washing machine, but they still work perfectly. Noise canceling is amazing. Love them.

These are good earbuds. Overall, I am happy with them. I ordered them whilst on vacation and was able to listen to my music clearly on the flight. Noise cancelling is good.

This ear buds are awesome, has a feature that’s not mentioned in the description which is wireless charging, noise cancellation is phenomenal while mowing my lawn, So far battery life seems to be good.

Awful purchase

They stopped working after about two months. They had this awful clicking static noise and now they just produce no sound at all!

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. First, o determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Next is a reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.

Great phone qualities but very bad battery life

I have had these for about 6 months and the good is that they are great for phone conversations. The bad is that they are by far the worst I have had for connecting. It takes me 4 to 5 attempts every time. The battery life is also horrific for talking. I am lucky to get 2 hours on one charge. I can not recommend unfortunately. Will be going back to buds +

Cannot hold a stable connection

I've had these for almost a year. The sound quality is okay, they're nothing special. The battery life is fine, again nothing special. The bluetooth connection? Abysmal. They will randomly lapse in connection for 2 seconds at a time which is insanely annoying. I'd rather go back to wired headphones than continue using these. The earpieces are also not a good fit (no matter what size I use). They come loose on their own.
