Absolutely abysmal piece of garbage

I've been using these as a daily driver for 8 months now and they do have some good features (solid battery life and compact case), but also some horrible design flaws- such as the voice control that constantly turns on unprompted and will call random contacts without any noise in the room whatsoever... This leads to many awkward situations as one could imagine. The touch sensitivity of the earbuds is WAY too sensitive. I wish JBL would stick to refining just a few models of earbuds instead of releasing tons of mid tier ones.

We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. We'd like to work with you directly to troubleshoot the issue. First, please try to reset your Live Pro 2 TWS. To do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the third tap, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. Please note that the earbuds have to ba paired with each other to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It is also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. You will need to download the JBL Headphones App to have an option to customize the control on the touch pad. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.

Great All Around and Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great! I have had multiple pairs of airbud-style headphones and these are by far the best pair! First of all, these are truly noise canceling. I am able to have a normal conversation without cranking the volume all the way up. They are also great for just kicking back and relaxing. The quality is amazing. They pair up the first time on my iPhone, The only issue I am having is they tend to fall out. I have tried multiple sizes of the included ear tips but they still tend to fall out after a little while. The bottom line is great a pair of headphones for avid listeners to serious business-minded professionals who make tons of calls daily.

Awesome Sound, Size and Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound and the fit! I have issues with other ear pods to fit with these they come with different ear bud cones sizes so perfect. The sound is awesome and reason for the 4 star is I would have liked them to have more BASS. Touch controls amazing! Tap then double tap for operations. Easy set up with the app and the charging case very compact and stylish. Definitely recommend!

Catastrophic Failure in Design

DO NOT BUY PINK UNLESS YOU INTEND ONLY FOR INDOOR USE!!!
I have tried using two different pairs of the pink JBL Live pro 2 TWS and both pairs had the same issue: Whenever sunlight hits the headphone touch sensor (left or right), they start beeping incessantly. It happens when I am walking down the street in my neighborhood trying to talk on the phone, or downtown when the sun gleams between buildings, it happens even if I put painters tape over the metallic touchpad, when it's cold, warm, and/or windy, and it even happens when I have gestures turned off through the app.
My partner has the same pair in a different color and does not have this issue.
How is it possible to design a headphone that can't be used outside unless there is absolutely no sun?

We appreciate your feedback. We understand your thoughts about the color potentially contributing to the issue. However, based on our experience, it's more likely that environmental factors, such as extreme temperatures, are affecting the internal components. Although the unit's color may play a minor role in heat absorption, the most effective way to mitigate this would be to minimize exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For example, if you experience this issue, try moving the unit to a shady location to see if the problem resolves itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have gone through many earbuds and I’m very picky with fitment as I have small ears but theses are hands down the most comfortable I’ve had and the audio is insane using the equalizer on the app the bass hits hard and clear and crisp I highly recommend these to anyone who wants quality earbuds with amazing sound

Good sound quality and battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality has been the strength for me in the base response in different modes. Good to stay connected with exception of in phone calls over 30 minutes, there are intermittent half a second pause in audio (but the person on the app the other end of the phone call stated they perceive no pause in the microphone transmission.) The ANC is effective but not as good in filter out medium frequency hums than the Bose headset that I have to compare it to. The fit is adequate but for my ear cannel after 4 hours of wearing does give me some ear ache. This could be just a price to pay for a good seal for the ANC. To give the context I am using an iOS device with the Live Pro 2.

Absolute Best!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is absolutely the best one I have used so far. Amazing sound quality, the best one I have found with bass. I am completely surprised by noise canceling, well they has 3 microphones per ear piece, I expect no less. I mostly use for music, but with this mic quality I am very impressed.
