The strip outlet was a bit larger than expected however, it fits well (and out of sight!) along the backside of our end table. We use it for charging our phones, tablets, and occasionally laptops. Love that it has a couple of ports along with the actual outlets. After using for a few weeks, we appreciate the size because all of our bulky plugs fit with plenty of room! Honestly, there's nothing worse than having 6 outlets but only being able to use 3-4 because you can't plug 2 next to each other! Also love that it attaches perfectly to our end table and the strip itself is out of sight without being on the ground. Would definitely recommend.

Great option for shelves where you cannot drill or stick - I used this on a solid metal InterMetro shelf and got all cabling to go level with the shelf and right into the surge protector. Keeps things clean and neat and no wires dangling behind when I move the shelf. Solid clamping mechanism as well.
