I need help

Great features and long battery life. I haven’t found instructions on how to use it so I’m struggling operating the features. I’m old and not adept at technology

A phenomenal upgrade

I previously had the Fenix 5x and was debating between the Fenix 7 and Epix Gen 2. My concern was the shorter battery life but I find the 16 day true despite wearing it 24/7. The Amlode face is sharp and the optional watch face ensures a professional look while at work. I also purchased a separate metal band when I want a more professional look. The band easily snap on. It does take a bit to adapt to the new features. I would recommend testing the ECG app. I had to return the first one. Also love the new heart rate monitor that tracks heart rate while swimming. Using this for triathlon training.

Disappointing for a Premium Device

Here’s the review in English: I purchased the Garmin Epix Pro a 14 months ago, but unfortunately, my experience with the device has been far from positive. Considering the significant price tag, I expected a robust and reliable product, but the Epix Pro has been a letdown so far.
After a short time, the watch began freezing frequently. Despite attempts to reinstall the software and restart the device, the issue persists, making the watch practically unusable in daily life.
In terms of features, the Epix Pro does offer impressive functionalities, such as extensive tracking options and a bright AMOLED display. However, these benefits are overshadowed by the ongoing technical issues.
My previous repair experience with Garmin was slow and frustrating, and I sincerely hope this time the issue will be resolved more efficiently. As it stands, I cannot recommend this watch.

Best Smart Watch!

I got this for Christmas and so far I think it’s the best smartwatch I have ever owned. I am a previous Apple user and I am amazed at how long the battery lasts in my Garmin. The features are amazing and the body battery feature seems to be right on. Can’t wait to continue learning more about it with use.

I bought my Fénix 8 51 mm and I have still problem with the HR sensor, it is not working good, specially during activities. I am waiting for some update to fix it.

The Garmin Epix Gen 2 Sapphire is a solid watch overall. The AMOLED display is sharp and vibrant, and the titanium bezel with the sapphire crystal gives it a premium feel. Battery life is impressive, especially considering the always-on display option. GPS accuracy is on point, and the health tracking features work great, whether it’s heart rate, sleep tracking, or SpO2 monitoring.
My only real complaint is the watch face selection—it’s pretty lacking. For a high-end watch like this, I expected more variety and better designs. Other than that, it’s a great watch that does everything you’d want from a high-performance fitness smartwatch.
