With a Zwilling Kramer knife, you will have no doubt it is the best of the best! The beautiful combo of German steel, Japanese craftsmanship and Bob Kramer to design this line, you still have a super-sharp blade that stays sharp, extreme durability and will not chip or rust. The pakkawood handle feels great in the hand and makes cutting & slicing a dream!

I love Meiji knives and recently added this one to my collection. The core of the blade is made from FC61 carbide and its surrounded by 100 layers of additional steel which creates a beautiful Damascus pattern. The handle is an exaggerated D sharp that is comfortable and fits into any hand. I use this knife for extra large vegetables, melons and big pieces of meat.

Feel like a professional in your own kitchen using this razor sharp ten inch chef's knife. This length is wonderful when you need the extra blade reach on large cutting tasks. The core of this knife is made from FC61 steel and the edge is hand finished in the Honbazuke process which is a three step process to achieve the finest edge. Masterful Knife

A collaboration between Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer and Zwilling, this is a masterful knife. The blade profile is done in a unique 101 layer Damascus pattern. The D-shaped Pakkawood handle has an angled back and a more pronounced ridge for a better grip. Razor sharp edge with a 9-12 degree angle on each side.

Function and beauty

I love this knife because it has so many details that you can really tell that every inch was thought about. The knife is so sharp and the blade has a wonderful, intricate design that makes every knife unique because it cannot be replicated. The handle fit perfectly into my hand because the right side is pointed to fit into my knuckles. If you are left handed, this might not be the knife for you.

The Meiji 10" Chef's Knife is perfect for anyone looking for a nice sharp knife, with plenty of surface area. This knife can help whiz through even the toughest chopping jobs. Love how well the knife feels in my hand, perfect grip that hits my sweet spot. The blade width and length are longer and wider than knives I've previously used, and allows me to get more work done, and have a wider area to scoop and transport those items.
