This cleaver with thinner blade is best for chopping vegetables or cutting boneless meats. The broad side of the blade makes an easy task of scooping cut items from the chopping board.

This vegetable cleaver knife or Asian Chinese knife will cover large cutting food. It is not so heavy but it has a good weight to ensure less effort for your hand.

Nice lightweight stamped cleaver. Great for chopping up sweet potatoes, gourds and all kinds of veggies then just scoop them up using the knife.

This vegetable cleaver is nice and long to get through those tough butternut squashes. Made from stamped, premium German ice hardened steel this cleaver is at a great price point and will hold it's edge for a long time without chipping.

For a cleaver, this one is very lightweight and is easy to handle. The comfortable grip allows you to feel more comfortable swinging away. It is sharp and always gets the job done.
