Fantastic serrated knife which is designed for slicing whole loaves of crusty breads, bagels and baguettes. Great choice for crumbly cakes and muffins. The blade design is perfect for piercing through the tough exterior while preserving the tender interior. I also like to use this knife for slicing large fruits and vegetables. Perfect for watermelon and eggplant.
This is a sharp, durable and well balanced knife. Classic three rivet handle is comfortable to hold.

Great bread knife with a sharp serration that bites into crusts without slipping. Made from high quality German steel these knives are well balanced with a classic 3 rivet handle, full bolster, full tang, acute edge angle with a beautiful satin finish. Whether you are a home cook or a professional this is a great knife to have in your kitchen.

Henckels 8” Bread knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bread knife as a gift to add to my collection of Henckels knives. Although I have not yet used this particular knife, I have used my other knives and steak knives in my Henckels knife block. I’ve owned this set for approximately 13 years. I use them practically daily and they are just like the day I bought them. These knives are solidly made from the best materials and feel very comfortable in the hand. I highly recommend them.

Great Bread Knife

A great bread knife is the most important tool for the homemade bread maker. It slices cleanly through a loaf without ever smashing it. Plus you can get slices as thick or thin as you'd like. It is also a great tool to have around for slicing a large watermelon.
This knife is a similar quality to the knives made in Germany, at a fraction of the cost. It's forged from high carbon, nitrogen infused, German steel which guarantees incredible edge retention and durability. The fine edge blades are sharpened to an edge angle that closely matches Asian knives making them incredibly sharp. The three rivet handle has the perfect weight and balance, plus it is extremely durable.
