Best knife purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to upgrade my cheap bread knife ever since I started making bread. I had two bread knives that just either smushed bread while cutting, or turned it into breadcrumbs. I often make crusty bread and dry out bread to make bread crumbs, and it was always a struggle to cut it well.
The day I bought this knife, I had some stale ciabatta bread from earlier in the week that I was going to use to make Thanksgiving stuffing. I started cutting the bread with an old knife and after struggling a bit, decided to wash this knife and try it out. It cut through like it was butter! I had absolutely NO fatigue after all the cutting (I'm disabled and too much exertion can really wear me out quick). I was so surprised that I checked out the packaging and saw that this is shaped in a way to create "fatigue-free" cutting. After feeling guilty for a splurge purchase, I was automatically elated that I found something not only of good quality, but helpful for my disability.
Needless to say, I will be getting more knives from this specific line soon!

Not Just a Bread Knife

This knife slices breads and bagels without crushing and tearing them, and leaving few crumbs. The bread knife also does a great job slicing tomatoes, melons, and anything else with a hard exterior and soft interior. High quality, stainless steel blade ensures a long life for this knife.

Quality is what I look for all my purchases and Henckels is a brand I can trust. The knife is sharp and feels nice in the hand when working with it. It has a nice weight to it without being heavy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bread knife performs as described. It’s a good length, it is sharp enough for ciabatta and other firm breads, and there is no hand/wrist fatigue when using it for a quantities of loaves.
