lovely serving pieces

This is part of a special collection I have of mini serving pieces. I love them in cast iron because of the thermal properties. warm stays warm cold stays cold. Its perfect for buffets or picnics, easy to tote just fill it with goodness!

Very unique looking pan. Reminds me of a mini braiser! Great for oven to table serve. Looks great, and holds onto the heat. Love making cornbread in it, as well as other casseroles, dips, and frittatas. Perfect size for family of four!
