I love everything Staub, but this is the cutest covered baking dish! I love the matte black, it is my favorite and the color most of my Staub pieces are. This is great for warm dips and single servings for a gathering or potluck. They go from the oven to the table and look great doing it! Easy to clean as well with the black enamel finish!

great for parties

I love using this dish for hot dips for parties. The enameled cast iron is easy to use and maintain. No seasoning required and it cleans easily with soap. The matte texture gives great browning. The natural properties of cast iron heat evenly and hold heat for a long time so it stays hot on the buffet. Its great to use both on the stovetop and in the oven.

This Staub covered round dish can be used on the stove top or oven for braising or baking. The enameled cast iron surface is optimal for braising and browning. Lid captures moisture for tender and flavorful dishes.

This piece of Staub creates a perfect baked Brie. It cooks so evenly and keeps the Brie warm and gooey for a very long time. Can also be used for crab and artichoke dips. Easily transitions from oven to table.

Love this dish for baked brie and serving warm dips for those chips or pita triangles! Heats consistently and heat distributes evenly throughout. Serve right from this dish, so oven to table, then frig!

My favorite hot dip dish!

This little baker is great for those cheesy dips and I love that it has a lid making it easier to bring to pot lucks and dinner parties and the cast iron keeps my dip hot even in transit so no need to warm up when I arrive. Staub cast iron has such a great feel you can feel and see the quality. It heats evenly and cleans up easily.
