Such a stunning block set, and the knives are my prized possession. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny, or would that be dollar? The super steel and ice-hardening produce super sharp knives with a 66 hardness, which equates to durability and shaprness retention. There is nothing standard about Miyabi Black!!

Miyabi Black are the sharpest knives on could ever use. There are 132 layers surrounding the MC66 steel. The handle is made from black ash wood and each handle has its own unique "mother natures" design. These knives are worth every penny.

The presentation of this 8pc set on the beautiful easel is what sets it apart. That and those gorgeous Miyabi Black knives with their unique black ash wood handles. The Damascus blades reenforce long-lasting sharpness, making it easy to tackle any prep task.

The one of a kind detail on the blade is stunning, but then when you actually use it, the steel is like none other. It is razor sharp! The handles are gorgeous. It certainly deserves to be showcased on the magnetic easel. There really aren't enough words to do it describe this rare find.
