The roasting pan is very well constructed and the stainless steel is solid. I was in the market for a stainless steel roasting pan and this checked all the box.

This thing is a beast, absolute thermal control right where you want it. Able to hold a turkey with no problem or create a massive casserole. I especially like how the handles are not a joke where I can have nice and thick oven mitts on yet have a great handle to ensure I don't drop the Thanksgiving centerpiece.
