One of a kind, love my Miyabi Black prep knife. Made in Seki Japan, comes with all the beauty and design features Japanese knives are known for. The black ash wooden handle is a stunning contrast to the 132 layered floral design steel protecting the MC66 inner core unique to this line of knives.
Perfect for everyday kitchen use. Slices, dices, minces, cubes, with precision and reliability. Almost too beautiful to use, but a must if you demand cutting perfection.
