This is the japanese knife set that dreams are made of! The handle is pure black ash wood so it needs some TLC but that's not hard to do. The steel in this is razor sharp, and stays that way more than any other knife I've ever seen! I had never seen a 66 Rockwell steel used in cutlery before.. the new gold standard for sure. the collection includes everything you could ever need to use from an amazing parer to the extra long bread and carver. THE set to own, if you can afford it!

This easy to maintain, extremely sharp knife is a must have for the chef who enjoys and appreciates the art of cooking. The easel display showcases both the blade and unique handle beauty. There is none that compares to the Miyabi Black. A great investment and work of art in your kitchen.

This gorgeous easel and knife set is almost too pretty to use. The black ash wood handles are so comfortable in the hand and balance out perfectly when using the knife. The signature Miyabi damascus pattern reenforces the strength and durability of the Asian steel. This easel set contains all of the beautiful knives you would need, it is a must buy.

The walnut magnetic stand is the perfect showcase for these knives.
The blade is exquisite yet sturdy and sharp as can be. I love the ash wood handle and all that damascus!!

This set is truly beautiful with the damascus pattern and black ash wood handles that varies from knife to knife, keeping each knife unique. Thankfully this set comes with a magnet stand for displaying these works of art. The MC66 steel is a very hard metal so the blade stays super sharp.

This tasteful and durable set is from Miyabi - top of the line of Japanese knives! Hard to compare to other knives as they are so special, especially with the floral Damascus pattern and ash handles. In my opinion, no collection is more beautiful and performs as well or better! The easel is a great way to display and keep them handy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
