The 12" was so amazing, I decided I need a 10" as well. I was literally using the 12" for everything, it was either on my stove being used or in my sink being washed, I never put it away. Got the 10" as well, the 12" is rather big and I just don't need that big of a pan for everything. LOVE this line. Non stick was always an issue in my house, no one is careful with our cookware. The Demeyere Alu Pro line is tough.

Incredible non-stick fry pans

Amazing non-stick. Love these fry pans! Food slides right out. The handle is comfortable. Pans are durable. The interior and exterior look exactly the same as the day I purchased them. We avoid metal untensils and hand wash them.

Gorgeous pan, feels comfortable in my hand and the coating is perfectly non-stick. It’s a recent purchase, so I can’t address durability yet, but it feels well-made.

It’s ok, loses functionality

I bought this pan two years ago and it is now garbage. For some time now it’s needed to be replaced, it lost its non stick maybe a year in and there are a couple scratches on the surface. Never put this in the dishwasher. We bought this pan when we installed an induction surface so I cannot compare it to another product. I think it’s like all nonstick, we want it to last but it all ends up needing to be replaced.
Would I buy another one, I’m thinking about it because I want something that is safe without pfas. Unfortunately, while not surprised, this pan is now 25% more expensive than previously purchased.

Durable Non-Stick Fry Pans

These are excellent quality, durable non-stick fry pans. They heat well and evenly so eggs can be managed to perfection. The can take enough heat and shaped so that caramelize and brown food beautifully. The shape facilitate evaporation so making pan sauces are easy and efficient.
I use wooden and silicone utensils to cook with and have never had an issue.
