Nice three piece set of stoneware. So versatile, can use in the oven up to 575 degrees, microwave, and freeze. Beautiful blue color, perfect match with my other Staub cast iron pieces.
Great for the entertainer. Love to use for individual casseroles and souffles, as well as serving pieces for sauces, dips, butters, and soft cheeses. Everything looks better in these cocottes, and keeps food cold or hot as needed.

Beautiful, useful, and fun!

These cocottes are so fun to use. I love the dark blue color and hope to get some more staub items to go with it. I recently used them to make creme brulee and they're great little snack cups. I have a picture of the dessert before I fired the top - you can see i have a set in white as well.
These are also pretty durable. I was transporting them in the car and my carrying case containing the cocottes fell on the floor, making a pretty loud crash. After opening up the case and looking at them, there was no damage - chips or scuffs - on the cups or the lids. Whew!
