[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife as a gift from my company for doing a cookout. The knife is extremely sharp and very light for its size. I enjoy using it as a brisket knife or cutting anything larger than a full size tomato. Make sure you oil the handle. I wish there would have been a coating on it from the manufacture.
