Sharpest knife in the block!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife slices through meat and vegetables with minimum effort. It is superb for taking thin delicate slices. It is well balanced and fits the hand nicely. This will take place of pride in extensive collection.

Knife is pretty light weight but is very easy to use. This is now my Second Miyabi Birchwood and I am extremely pleased with the build quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is absolutely gorgeous. This is my 3rd Miyabi and 2nd in the Birchwood collection. The quality of Miyabi is unmatched. Knives come out of the box razor sharp. The first time I used this knife I cut chives and it was a dream. Can't wait to order another Birchwood Miyabi. Most definitely my favorite knife brand!
