Love the design - brand new out of package chip in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is amazing on first impression perfect handle and INCREDIBLY sharp out of the package. Minor defect for me is that mine came brand new with a small chip in the blade.

An 8" chef knife is essential in every kitchen. This is a light, flexible knife that can handle most cutting tasks. The handle's three rivets are comfortable and durable. A great value!

great for the price

I forgot my kitchen knife when I went on vacation. I didn't want to spend a lot for a temporary replacement but did want something actually usable. The Henckels name has always been a symbol of quality at all levels. This knife is super sharp. The handle is very comfortable. Great for the price.

Love this knife

I got this one instead and it is a solid knife - a little heavy, but I have enjoyed it.
