[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg i bought this knife because I lost my Mercer knife set on tour and this knife has really came through for me. The grip, precision of the cut and the overall look is amazing looks like my Mercer knife !

Ergonomic and very sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is really comfortable to use thanks to the little curve at the end of the knife, the weight balance is very balanced and it feels hefty and well made while using it, not slippery at all while cutting wet ingredients either. Out of the box the sharpness is pretty good! I haven’t need to re-sharpen my knife after a whole day of cooking, which by my standards make this a winner, my only gripe is that it doesn’t include a knife guard for easy storage, but that’s somewhat expected given the price.
All in all, I will be using this as my daily cooking knife.
