Great Design

Love the way this knife feels in my hand. Very comfortable, well balanced and just the right weight. The tang goes all the way down the handle, which is the sign of a good quality knife, and the price is very reasonable.
Use this almost every day and can definitely see a difference in my knife cuts. Much more even and precise, which makes everything look better and cook more evenly. Great purchase!

My first chefs knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we were sitting about in 2020 in the house I wanted to grow my skills as a house cook. I had only used a poorly sharpened chefs knife and felt poorly. Then I purchased this knife in trepidation, but that melted away with the first slice into a piece of raw chicken. Butter is cliche but completely accurate. I'm never going back to unitasking my knives again!

All you'll ever need!

I love how this knife is so versatile! I can use it to cut up garlic and a butternut squash. The handle is super comfortable and I like the curve at the end so that it doesn't slip out of my hand.
