[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive always owned non-expensive, lower quality knives. I didn't know what I was missing out on. You do not have to be a 5 star chef to use these knives. It is now my favorite knife. I love it so much that I bought an entire set. I would highly recommend this to ANYONE who cooks. And the best part, is that they will last a lifetime.
