This cocotte is beautiful, looks like old style cast iron but with the enameled inside it’s so much easier to use and clean. Also never needing to season it!

My First Staub and Not My Last

This was my first Staub piece and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The functionality is superior to anything I have used to date in my culinary history, and I was thrilled with the option of a mid-range size that works for my small family. I’m looking forward to adding more to my collection soon.
