Sturdy, Good Quality Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy, good quality bread knife. Just the right size for cutting a loaf of sourdough bread. And matches the classic set and fits in the block extra slot we’ve had for a couple yrs.

This is exactly what came with my set. I’m replacing it because the handle cracked on my original al one. When I sent it in to be replaced, they sent a lame, mismatched knife.

Needed to finish off a "Classic" Henkels set and needed the pairing and bread knives. It is the perfect size at 7" long and per all the knives in the "Classic" lineup, has a robust feel that screams quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not pass up the chance to add a bread knife to my classic set that didn’t come with one. Cuts through warm fresh Italian bread without crushing it. Haven’t had it long enough for an in-depth review other than to say you’ll never find these knives in my dishwasher. I respect the quality enough to take care of them.
