quality bread knife

This is a very good bread knife. The forged German steel and Spanish construction make a very sharp durable blade. The handle is comfortable to hold and well balanced. The serrations make quick work of bread, tomatoes, melons, citrus and anything else with a thicker exterior and a soft interior.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid bread knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to add to a classic set that didn’t have a larger bread knife. It’s a good size and fits in the block. Cuts well without tearing. The Classic line is not quite pro quality, but as close as you can get without spending a fortune. They require sharpening often, but when they are sharp, they are extra sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bread knife that we used all the time, but it was sort of flimsy and flexible. I got this as a gift, and it's great. Sharp and goes through tougher crusts (like bagels) with no problem. Highly recommend!
