The Classic knife line is well, Classic.
Well balanced, 3 rivet handled with a full bolster this is a great knife to have in your kitchen. Made from German steel in Spain this is a great knife for the value. This bread knife has a very sharp serration that easily bites into any tough bread crust and cuts through the soft inside with one stroke. Also works great on baked goods and cakes.

A Spanish bread knife!

An exceptionally sharp and durable 7" bread knife, made in Spain. It is so sharp for a variety of daily cutting tasks not just a bread knife. This knife will be able to slice and cut bread such as bagel and baguette, a great cake knife too! This Classic knife will cut leafy vegetables, fruits, and can be great cutting melons as well.

Very good serrated edge grips and slices right through crusts without damaging the interior. Nice straight sandwich-style slices effortlessly. Also good for slicing sandwiches, ripe tomatoes and peaches. The serrated edge glides right through for a clean cut. (Consider a longer knife if you use it to cut more than traditional loaves and sandwiches.)
I really like Henckels Classic knives; I've had a set for more than 20 years. These are forged knives made of quality steel. They have a triple riveted handle, a comfortable integrated bolster. Even if they aren't made in Germany, the steel is, and their quality is unquestionable.

Classic knives are as close as you can get to the knives made in Germany at a much more affordable price. They're forged from high carbon German steel, from one piece of steel that runs all the way through the handle and is secured with three rivets. Incredible durability and quality, sharp serrated blade, great weight and perfect balance. Perfectly slices through a hard loaf of bread or a large melon.

This serrated knife does the job at a value price. Slices through all those un-cut loaves, so you can decide how thin or thick you want to slice. It glides right through the hardest crusts and softest insides and will also cut through tomatoes and other fruits. Still made from German stainless steel and has a curved handle for both comfort and a good grip.

Excellent forged knife at a better price. Classic knives are made in Spain but with the same steel and technology as the German crafted knives which means you get the superior design and product of the German made knives at a better price point. A serrated bread knife never needs to be sharpened and with this high end steel this bread knife will provide a lifetime of effortless cutting. Classic knives have sturdy forged bolsters and nicely weighted handles.

Made from Spain, this fully forged knife is the durability you are looking for in a bread knife. It an cut through the toughest of breads with its' very sharp blade. The handle itself is comfortable, and the knife is well balanced.
