[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been eagerly awaiting this knife! I did a ton of research and while I love carbon steel, with two pre-teen but kitchen-savvy kids in the house, I wanted a little more protection in case they mishandle it, so opted for the stainless. I love the lighter feel of the narrow chef's knife and I'm pretty sure this is going to become my go-to very quickly.

Super super sharp and exactly the perfect chefs knife for professionals or home cooks (which i am). 100% worth the investment.

First high quality knife

I got it for work and school and I don’t regret spending my pretty penny. The level of quality and detail put into it is noticeable from a distance. It’s a top tier level knife and with a lifetime warranty, it can’t be beat.

It keeps balance very well and allows different ways of chopping and slicing. The edge is really sharp. I could feel it is a really good knife even though just holding it. We are both very happy and I’m glad I choose this one as a gift.
