And it has been my ultimate dream to own a Miyabi Black Chef knife! This knife is just so beautiful! And very sharp! The most expensive knife I have purchased but most worth the prize! Very durable, well- balanced, and a beautiful work of art!❤️

Great all around knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fairly large hands and work as a cook where I prep my station daily so I needed a reliable knife. This knife cuts everything from brussel sprouts to cuttle fish in a day and stays sharp. The handle has more girth to it so I can keep a comfortable hold and not have that blister that forms on your index from the pinch hold on the blade, it is incredibly light and you will feel what you cut through. Very pleased
