Great knife!

It is amazing, very sharp. I love the Japanese steel at 12.5° angle. My knife had a tiny bend at the tip, aside from that it is perfect, that small defect is not enough to change my 5 star.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My father was a master chef and I grew up spending a lot of my time in the kitchen. So believe me when I say you won’t regret this knife. -Grazie Mille-
