Very sharp, but fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion the sharpening angle is too narrow for such a hard blade. Even gentle use on our hardwood cutting board was enough to cause tiny chips. I plan to have the snow professionally sharpened to a more reasonable angle.
