Great all around knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fairly large hands and work as a cook where I prep my station daily so I needed a reliable knife. This knife cuts everything from brussel sprouts to cuttle fish in a day and stays sharp. The handle has more girth to it so I can keep a comfortable hold and not have that blister that forms on your index from the pinch hold on the blade, it is incredibly light and you will feel what you cut through. Very pleased

Hands down best knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look, if you can slice a tomato with zero effort, game over. Make sure to hand wash. Then I hand dry with a towel, rub down the handle, and coat the blade with a little oil.
