I was blown away by the craftsmanship of this knife. It’s not just a tool — it’s a piece of art.
The blade is razor sharp straight out of the box, and the balance feels perfect in hand.
It slices through vegetables and proteins like butter.
Beautiful, functional, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I am a sushi chef for more than 10 years, spent a lot of money to looking for a good and dependable knife.
This it is. After sharpening the knife , it can last for 2-3 weeks for every day using. The weight of the knife is not too light and not too heavy. The wood-handle is beautiful. That made me decide to buy the same series of 9” slicing knife and the Kiritsuke. I hope they will have the 11” or 12” slicing knife.

Beautifully crafted. As functional as it is artistic. Love the raindrop pattern Damascus on the steel. This was a gift for my home kitchen and I love to display it.
