Perfect nonstick

I love this pan. Ive been in the market for a new nonstick for a while. This one finally meets my standards. The construction is sturdy and not too light. The nonstick is awesome!!!!! I love how things just glide out of the pan and the cleanup is amazing. Extra points for including a lid

Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat. It does heat up quickly at lower heat and seems to heat evenly. Steak cooked in the pan had a great sear.

Amazing Peak Pan

This is a very wonderful product. I have used it to cook a handful of things including eggs; it cooks nicely on medium heat and makes for an even easier clean up. Eggs wipe right out of the pan. I would recommend this product especially if you are looking for a nontoxic option but still nonstick.
