Not a nonstick pan!!!!

This pan is anything BUT nonstick!! No matter what you fry in this pan, it will STICK to the pan unless you use copious amounts of oil or fat / butter - then what’s the point? We bought this to avoid frying with fat!
We are stuck with it, because ZWILLING will not accept returns of used items, even if they don’t work as advertised. Having to hand wash it, is annoying too.

If you're experiencing sticking on your pan, we recommend cooking on low to medium heat and preheating your pan before adding food. Heat your pan on medium with some oil for a few minutes (add a little more oil than you think you need), then place your food on the surface. Reduce the heat to low and allow a few moments before moving, stirring, or scrambling your food to ensure optimal results.

Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat. It does heat up quickly at lower heat and seems to heat evenly. Steak cooked in the pan had a great sear.

Amazing Peak Pan

This is a very wonderful product. I have used it to cook a handful of things including eggs; it cooks nicely on medium heat and makes for an even easier clean up. Eggs wipe right out of the pan. I would recommend this product especially if you are looking for a nontoxic option but still nonstick.

I love this pan. Ive been in the market for a new nonstick for a while. This one finally meets my standards. The construction is sturdy and not too light. The nonstick is awesome!!!!! I love how things just glide out of the pan and the cleanup is amazing. Extra points for including a lid
