The French oven is wonderful. It holds heat really well and has a beautiful design. I've been able to make sourdough and stock in it with plenty of room. I only rated it a 3 because mine came with a chip in the enamel coating near the rim. It's unfortunate since it came brand new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
