great slicer

This is a great slicer. The German steel blade is very strong and sharp. The thin blade profile allows for accurate thin slices. The three rivet handle is comfortable to hold. The blade edge stays sharp for a long time and the quality German steel is easy to maintain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great knife, I used it to trim a brisket and it worked great. When I was finished it only took a few strokes on the honing steel and it was as sharp as new.
