Like butter!

I purchased this knife for a left handed friend, and he loves using it. The design of the handle allows for comfortable left and right hand use. Made in Seki Japan, the Koh line is well made and is the perfect combination of Japanese craftsmanship as well manufacturing.
The FC61 steel keeps the edge nice and sharp, and also resists chipping and scratching. Perfect for the smaller jobs in the kitchen, slicing, peeling, hulling are a few of the jobs that are made simple using this knife.
